How to access your Gifzign purchase (JVZoo)

We use a payment processor called JV Zoo to deliver securely your access to Gifzign.

If you have never used JV Zoo before you might have issue retrieving your purchase. Here are the steps to do so. 

1. Make your payment

Make your payment on http://getgifzign.com/

2. Select upgrades (or skip to registration)

After making a payment you will be taken to the Product Options pages. You may add the options to your account by purchasing them right away or simply skip to proceed to registration.

After the final product options you will see a Register now option in the top right.

3. Return to JVzoo customer portal to access your purchase

After reviewing the Product Options, you will be redirected to JVZoo customer portal (https://customer.jvzoo.com/portal)

From here click on VIEW DETAILS  next your latest Gifzign purchase.

4. Register Your Gifzign Account 

Finally on the receipt page click on ACCESS YOUR PURCHASE at the bottom. This will take you back to the Gifzign registration page where you can create your account and get started right away.

Use the above information to access your
purchase at: http://customer.jvzoo.com/

This email contains your JVZOO login details (not your Gifzign logins). It includes a link to the JVZoo customer portal from where you can retrieve your purchases (https://customer.jvzoo.com/portal) anytime now and in the future.

So if you did not get your login details at first simply retrieve the email above in your inbox, login to your JVZoo customer portal and follow step 3 and 4 above to register your Gifzign account.

I have just purchased the Gifzign FE and mockup upgrade but I cannot access the products. Showing page not found. Please assist ASAP. No email, I even checked my spam folder too.

I am sorry about the inconvenience. Please email us at support@youzign.com with your purchase details(if possible). We will set up your account as soon as we receive your details.

Once you log in, you can then download Gifzign to your desktop. Thank you.

The same for me no email and i cannot register. How to get the products I paid form?????trying to register. waiting for confirmation email.  never came.

Sorry for the inconvenience and delayed response. Has this issue been sorted out on other support portals or tickets?

Please try to use the 'Lost Password' link to reset your password, a mail response will then be sent to your email for you to proceed, please also check spam if you are not able to find it in the inbox. 

If there is no response I can create a new login for you, just let me know if I should proceed.
