Gifzign Doesn't Work on My PC

Hi,

I can't save any of my gifs/cinemagraphs etc.

Whenever I click on the "save" button, Gifzign seems to be "thinking" (the circle in the middle starts spinning), but nothing happens.

Please help me fix this.

Same here. Windows 10, 32 bit.

I only have 1 laptop which is 32 windows 10...if this would have been mentioned in the sales pitch i obv wouldnt have purchased it!

Even though i downloaded latest version..think 1.08 and done the rest as was suggested (antivirus etc) still keeps on spinning. Im using 32 bit windows10. Also i was under the impression the gifs could be created from an image...will this be possible in future updates?

Hi tamara, 

If you have, can you please try it on a 64 bit device? I noticed that 32 bit devices commonly have these errors. We're still trying to find a way around this issue. Thank you.

Hi Yoav,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Our developers have just released a new version 1.0.8 and this should fix these bugs. Please try installing this new one following this guide here => http://support.youzign.com/i1910-how-to-install-or-update-gifzign-on-pc

Downloaded and installed the new version (1.0.6). Still doesn't work.

Hi john i downloaded the 1.05 version yest, turned off my anti  virus and firewall , deleted the files and still keeps on spinning! Ah!!

Pc windows 10-32....i turned off my antivirus. Will dbl check the firewall when i get home.

Hi John,

From the files that you mentioned, I removed all the ones that were on my PC.
Nothing has changed. Gifzign is still giving me the same problem, even with the latest version installed (1.0.5).

I am having the same problem too- won't save. I turned off my anitvirus (and also excluded gifzign folder for it) deleted temp mp4 file and palette png file in pc documents (don't have the other 1s mentioned above) as well as temp video in my gif folder and then restarted gifzign several times! ...but just keeps spinning! Help please!

Sorry about the issues. I'm not sure if you're on Mac or PC, can you please try to see if the firewall is blocking Gifzign? Let me know how it goes. The developers are still checking on it. We will get back to you. Thank you.

Hi John it is not the antivirus in conflict as I HAVE TOTALLY DISABLED IT. And it is still doing the same.

I got this response from our Developer:
"Could you check Documents folder on your pc and if files 'textLayer.png, palette.png, tempVideo.mp4, loadedVideo.mp4' exists remove it. 
Also check folder Documents -> MyGifs if files with "temp_" word in file name exists also remove it
then restart Gifzign."

This might remove some of your previous works though. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

the antivirus is turned off. The latest version is installed (haven't installed any other version besides it). Yet Gifzign is still giving me the same problem.

This could be due to an antivirus in conflict with the Saving/Rendering Process. Can you please try to disable the antivirus for a moment and then try to save the GIF again.
