Praise?

I have repeated tried to get my log in problem solved via the problems page and a post here below on the praise section (hoping you read this more).   I wanted the product.  Paid 47 but have had the most difficult time of ANY jvzoo product I have purchased over the last 3 years.  From what I see I am not the only one having problems (check your problems page please)  I don't mean to be disrespectful but please either get this issue fixed or refund the money.  And this support platform is horrible as you have to share private information.  [email removed for security]
