    Very Very Very Poor Customer Support

    What is the point of having great products with such really poor customer support? It is no point boasting 36000 customers and support is extraordinarily slow for  YouZign and GifZign?

    It is clear that the membership site has operational problems. You register the product and it does not recognise the login after. Numerous support messages sent with no acknowledgement or response for days.

    Surely good business has to go beyond accepting payment and then customers become abandon.

    Why I will not buy a Youzign subscription

    Even though I was considering it.

    I opened this ticket http://support.youzign.com/t5157-considering-a-paid-subsctiption and did not get a reply for a few days. I closed the ticket because fast, friendly support is paramount to any and all types of software you may use for your business and I did not receive it.

    Today I received an email from YouZign asking me to rate their support. There were 2 options. Because there was nothing to rate, I clicked "bad". You can see in the attached screenshot what the result of that action was. 

    Please unsubscribe me from your mailing list.

    YOUZIGN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . I CAN GET ANY TEMPLATE TO OPEN AND CAN NOT CREAT ANY NEW DESIGNS. ALL I GET IS A BLACK SCREEN WITH NO TOOLS OR ANYTHING

    Youzign is slow, lagging and cannot download and save images.

     

    I have a ADSL 2+ and live in the heart of Sydney City with no issue with my broadband connection.

     

    I can play multimedia from youtube live and live webinars without any issue.

     

    But when trying to do work on YouZign it slags and is slow.

     

    To add salt to the wound, when I try to “”download images”” to my own computer with full admin rights its tells me I do not have enough Admin permission.

     

    What a joke your SaaS-system has become.

    Hi guys! I think you have an issue... after i login, i don't access to my YZ panel! I am redirected to the salespage and i see that page in a strange way (like i can edit it)!

    Says there are 2 computers active

    After installing the latest version of gifzign, the system dashboard said that I had 2 computers active. 

    I only have one active.

    I uninstalled the previous version prior to installing the latest. 

    How can this be corrected?

    Please let me know.

    Every time I try to update my password... I get "please try again later"

    I have been trying to for 2 days now to update my password and have been unable to. I continuously receive the message of "please try again later". Is the best route to have you send us login info? I've gone ahead and requested it.

    Blank Black Screen

    Hi There,

    When I try to start a new project or load an existing one it, I just get a blank black screen and nothing else.

    attached is a screen shot video of nothing happening lol.

    I have refreshed the page and cleared my cache and still nothing, never had a problem before using chrome.

    Hello,

    I purchased this product last year and basically never used it.... It is my intention to start doing a couple of projects but I keep on getting a message that says :

    "Billing Your subscription has expired  Attention! It seems there is an issue with your account. Click here to get in touch!"

    I never activated or used this software (you can see zero records in my acct.).

    How can you help me? I'm trying to use it now...

    My screen does not look like any of the tutorials

    I am not seeing anything on my screen about pixel bay integration so i have no access to images.  Your tutorial looks completely different than my screen.  I do not have 1200 templates on mine like was advertised, it says there are 200.  I tried to click a border around the text just to play around watching your tutorial and instead of putting a box around the text it puts a border around each letter.  Your support pages talk about Youzign for Mac and Windows and iPhone and downloading the software.  When I clicked on access my product from jvzoo,

    Unable to access projects in folders

    I am trying to edit some previously created projects which I have stored in folders.   When I try to edit a file, all I get is a blank black screen - nothing happens.   Is there a problem?   I need to access this files ASAP.  Please HELP!

    Tried it on Chrome and on Firefox. I"m able to log in, but the designer is not available. It's just a blank screen.

    Can't Access Gifzign

    Hi, first off I think I already posted on this, but can't find the original post, yet this site says I registered on the help support site.

    I can't access Gifzign. I entered a password from JVzoo and it accepted but never sent me a registration link. It's been a while, I should have received that email. 

    When will I finally get access to my product!

    Youzign is not working. I can't load designs or create a new one. I just get a black screen. This has been happening on and off, but now it's been 2 days since I could create or edit a design. What can I do? Thank you.
