When creating a curved text, I cannot get the font to load anything different than the default "Dexter". I have read the forums about curved text issues, and I have tried everything there as well. The curved text feature does not work for me. What am I doing wrong?
Update: It seems that every time I try to create a new curved text, I have to first save my project and then "refresh" my canvas and from then on I can only work on ONE text and it works until I am done creating that curved text. But when I
I am getting very pixelated text when using Youzign recently (see example), even when in 300dpi. This example is using a downloaded font (Monserrat) but this also occurs with the standard fonts on Youzign.
Any suggestions on how I can improve this?

5 Days ago I had access to 1512 templates but I've just logged in to see only 1200!... With this being a well rounded figure it suggests my account may have been reset or something. Any ideas??
I have a lifetime subscrition which I purchased at the initial Youzign 1.0 launch early 2015, and also picked up the "Special Templates" upsell which promised 100 templates per month. So all in all I am a little confused.
Yes, I have a problem... I bought this software to USE it and the FB group I would assume is for SUBSCRIBERS of the software. I post a rant about the stupidity of a modern day design software not having an undo button and making life hell for those who use it and I get banned from the FB group? How professional is THAT?
Hi, i purchased a 20 agency yesterday and have been exploring it to figure out how to use it.
i created a staff email for some of my instructors, and sent them an invite to use youzign (license). Worked fine.
Then I created a graphic from my user (firstname.lastname@example.org) and sent a graphic - pushed a graphic to all of them.
i received only two emails, of the four sent, and both have a a formating error, that you can easily edit.
Inside the email it said:

I purchased the extra 1,000 templates under email@example.com. I have logged in and still have the original 1,049. I paid for the 2.0 upgrade and the OTO1 for the extra 1,000 templates. Can you add them to my account please. I would add my JVZoo Payment ID but I have seen that is not a good idea. It's under Ray Salyer. Thanks for all that you're doing to make this a great product!

Is there any way to make sure that a particular JV partner gets the credit for my purchase?
I've noticed that two saved images with gradients weren't showing the gradients today. When I went to edit them, they showed only a red triangle at the upper left, instead of the red/white gradient. I had to recreate the gradient for both of them. That's not nice to have to redo work already done. I guess something about the new system isn't recognizing the gradient type previously saved, since the colors are saved but not the type of gradient.

B) there is something wrong with your math. 1000 templates at less than $0.01 comes to $10. Yet the JVZoo invoice shows $67 (which is what I paid for the template upgrade in Feb 2015). Can you clarify?
PS: There was no link as shown by Todd Gross under the video on my sales page.
