I'm having the same issue as John, however entering "chrome://plugins" in Chrome results in:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at chrome://plugins/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_INVALID_URL
 
What else can I do to get YouZign working again?

Hi Don, 

I'm sorry about the inconvenience. This is an old tip that no longer works, Chrome removed the chrome://plugins link. 

To solve the issue, please check this new tutorial: http://support.youzign.com/i2253-black-screen-when-loading-youzign-editor

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me, when I tried the link it gave me an error - but I selected settings and looked for the flash defaults, & allowed the youzign domain and it works fine.

Hi John,

This can be due to the Flash Player. Please try this fix:

I recommend you to use Chrome for Youzign, type: chrome://plugins in the address bar and check the Adobe Flash Player.
